So you need to limit the use of high contracting colors. Areas that you shouldn't use these colors are your website background, the text areas and the navigation sidebar. For title and headline, using high contracting colors is a good idea to get your visitors attention.

5) Clutter up pages - If your website seems be cluttered visitors will be less likely to view further into your website, especially if they think they will have to weed out the information they need from the information that is useless to them. You do not want to have too much information and content in each page, and you don't want more then one topic on each. A good navigation system will eliminate any problem you have.
